Born on 21st. Sep. 1953 in Calcutta, (India), I later migrated to my beloved country Pakistan. Now live in the beautiful city Islamabad. Did Masters in Library and Inf. Science. Associated to a local university as a reference librarian now. Photography has been a passion since school days. I started digital photography in 2002 with Nikon CoolPix 995. Now use Nikon D200. Occasionally use Sony Cybershot. Learnt most of the photographic and Photoshop skills through trial and error. Now trying to improve the skills under the expert guidance of Syed Javed Kazi who is truly a bighearted, generous Guru. I love Nature photography. It’s nothing less than an awesome spiritual adventure to me! Twilight and landscape shots are my favorite. I am a member of Islamabad Camera Club and a Coordinator of the photography group of the Asian Study Group, Islamabad.
