Gene Busby is a photographer living in Lacey, next door to Olympia, WA the state capital. He enjoys taking pictures of a variety of General Subject Areas, particularly Scenic/Landscapes and Outdoor Sports.
He started with a digital camera in 2001 in So. California, where he joined the Clickers and Flickers Camera Club. He mainly took Scenic, Desert, Flower, and Animal pictures at that time. After moving to Washington State, he joined the Olympic Camera Club and PSA. He expanded to Music, Dance and Art, Industry, Senior Citizens, and Winter, Snow and Water Sports.
He has entered a number of shows and has won ribbons, including the PSA International Show in Puyallup in 2008.
