Tan Lip Seng, FPSA, has been a member of the Photographic Society of America for over 40 years and was awarded a Fellowship of the Society in 1999. Appointed as the International Representative in Singapore for PSA since 1997. He was awarded the “Best Country Representative of the Year” in 1998. He was a presenter at the 1998 PSA Orlando Convention for the “Creative Montage with Color Transparencies” and the “PSA Best of Singapore Slide Collection” programmes.
