Bill is a retired analytical chemist with experience in atomic spectroscopy and software user interface design in addition to photography. He joined his first camera club in 1969 and PSA shortly thereafter. He now has over 20 stars distributed across five divisions of PSA.
In the New England area Bill is a judge and frequent lecturer for camera clubs and other organizations on photography. He is a member of the New Haven Camera Club, webmaster for the Connecticut Association of Photographers, and on the Executive Board of the New England Camera Club Council.
He has received an AFIAP distinction and has also has been recognized with the honor of Master Member by the New England Camera Club Council (MNEC).
