I became Interested in photography when I joined my husband at the 2006 PSA Conference in Baltimore. I was able to pose and photograph my first portrait. I decided right then - photography is for me.
I joined PSA in Jan 31, 2007. I serve as Secretary of the Southern California Council of Camera Clubs (S4C). I will Chair the Photojournalism Division for 2008-09. Since 2007 I have been the Director of the PSA CPID International Creative Club Competition (ICCC). I also am a mentor on the PSA New Member web site for "Computer Portrait Enhancement." I enjoy entering Exhibitions and have been fortunate to receive a few PSA Gold medals.
I attend Tri-Community Photo Center where I have completed over 22 classes. I hope to graduate in December 2008. I have taken courses and am certified in makeup application. My husband and I shoot as a team and we have a studio in our home.
