I joined PSA in 2011 in order to grow as a photographer and connect with the larger photographic community. I enter local contests in my area that usually have a nature or environmental focus and had 2 entries receive excellence awards from the Ohio Environmental Council in both 2010 and 2011. I've participated in exhibitions in the Cleveland area at the North Chagrin Nature Center and Cleveland Clinic and enjoy going to photography classes and workshops. Currently I'm a member of the PSA EID Study Group 45. I believe that the more intimately you know an area the more the intuitive opportunities for unique photos present themselves.
