As a retired Director of Facilities at a large hospital in the Chicago ending a career that lead from 10 years in the US Navy, to Plant and Tall Building Construction and Real Estate Property Manage, I am now focused on Capturing the lIght. My tools are Nikon D800, D700, D600, D7000, D90, P7000 and Fuji x10, and x100. I use a Mac platform, Lightroom 5, Photoshop CS6, Elements 11, and various plug-in software such as Nik, onOne, Topaz to grow and develop failing in creating fun, dynamic, and creatively artistic at times images for my pleasure as well as those I share my life with in all ways. I am active in Wisconsin Camera Club Organization, Milwaukee's Urban Ecology Center Photo Club, and the Coalition of Photographic Art in Milwaukee. My wife works for GE and we recently moved to Milwaukee do to her new senior management position at GE Healthcare nearby. She has an artistic bent, is a fine critique of my work, and hopes to join me when she retires in a few years in helping me exhibit more of my work. We love to travel. I am a very active member of http://www.nikonians.org where I learn much along side of my learning here at PSA about the art and craft of Photography. I participate in three study groups here at PSA.
