Photography has been a lifetime learning experience for Dave. His interest in photography began at the age of 9 with a family vacation to Niagara Falls. The big landscape is his subject of choice although his business (Dave Edwards Photography LLC) focuses primary on weddings and senior portraits. Dave is a career Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) employee retiring in 2008. Dave was an evidence photography instructor with WDNR for 15 years and developed standard operating procedures on the use of digital images as legal evidence. Dave spent a career investigating and photo-documenting pollution cases. Hundreds of Dave’s photographs were used as evidence in the prosecution of these cases.
Dave leads photography field trips for the Natural Resources Foundation of Wisconsin, Inc., a not-for-profit organization. He currently resides in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin with his wife and trail companion Diane.
