Anita Elder is a freelance graphic designer, based in Seattle, WA. She has always loved taking pictures and has become the visual historian for her family and relatives. The things she loves to photograph most are animals and old architecture. Anita belongs to the Seattle Mountaineers photography committee and often leads photography field trips around Washington. Anita also loves to travel and capture the culture of the country she visits. One of her photos (Praying to the Sun) was selected as a National Geographic Daily Dozen. One of her Nepal photos was also used in the travel section of the Seattle Times newspaper.
